About the position
As a Help Desk Support Specialist you will be maintaining and supporting the organization's End User computing environment, installing, diagnosing, repairing and upgrading desktop hardware and software, including but not limited to PC, laptops and printers. This will be a mixture of support, and system project work, as required.

  • Responsibility for the maintenance and smooth running of the desktops, printers and windows applications
  • Build, install and configure desktop hardware ensuring all new distributed laptops, PCs comply with company IT policy
  • Manage user requests for new desktop hardware, from order through to fulfilment, including packaging equipment for delivery to end user
  • Familiarize end users with basic software, desktop hardware and peripheral device operation
  • Perform AD and email account administration
  • Proactively identify trends in user issues to assist in continual service improvement.
  • Production of documentation to relating to desktop solutions and users guides
  • Provide Break/Fix action and Root Cause analysis and involved in introduction of new solutions, platforms, development and documentation of support process.
  • Windows-based Desktop PC support (Windows 10 / 8.1 / 8 ).
  • O365 experience beneficial (e.g. Skype for Business, Teams)
  • VMWare
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills- English and Hebrew - A Must
  • Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards.
  • Knowledge of MS SCCM - A big advantage
  • CyberArk - An advantage
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
  • Team player
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
