About the position:
SafeCharge Sofia is looking for a Payments Support Specialist to join our international team. The person in this position should be self-starter, result-oriented and has a fine eye for details.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support services to payments related issues;
  • Alerting the Tier 1 team about technical complains and incidents effecting company's customers;
  • Responding to various technical cases in real time on daily basis;
  • Tracking the issues until problems are solved, contacting the relevant factors in the organization when needed.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English;
  • Technical background - analyzing and producing reports;
  • Experience working with international clients;
  • Experience in the online payments industry is a plus
  • Ability to analyze problems quickly and find suitable solutions based on available resources;
  • Monstrous attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strict and loyal personality;
  • Fast learner, multi-tasker, tech-oriented;
  • Team player.
